Do you ever wake up, already feeling aggravated, only to have the day make it worse?
I am frustrated. There's a million things I want to get out of my head and into sentences, but they don't even make sense right now as thoughts - let alone try and put them into cohesive strings of words.
I just want to know when it's going to get easy. I deserve to be happy. ALL of the time.

hey lady - sounds like you need a good hour to kill some of that stress at the gym. does your gym offer group fitness classes at all? If so - I HIGHLY recommend them. they're so great b/c of the social aspect of the workout.
ReplyDeleteI dunno what's going on - but, I know you possess the ability to change things. Just do what I do - start writing (you know, vomit on some paper/keyboard) and eventually you'll get it out! haha

No classes, unfortunately...I was going to take today off (I have gone Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week), but the way I feel right now, it may be my only solution.
